Budget deliberation confirmation
For a review of budget bill and account settlement, a preliminary examination is performed by the Standing Committee. Then, they are sent and reviewed by the Special Committee on Budget & Accounts.
Regarding a budget bill and extra budget, local governors’ proposals are heard at a plenary session. Then, they are sent to the Standing Committee.
For local councils without a Standing Committee, such bills shall be reviewed by the Special Committee on Budget & Accounts or directly handled at a plenary session.
